Are you mobile, or do you have a clinic?
I currently operate as a mobile therapist, meaning I bring the treatment to you in the comfort of your own home. However, I aim to offer some clinic-based appointments in the near future—stay tuned for updates!

​What areas do you cover?
I primarily serve Benfleet, Essex and neighbouring areas. If you're outside this area, feel free to reach out before booking to confirm availability.

How long will my treatment last?
The booking time you select includes travel, setup, and a brief consultation to ensure the best experience. Your actual hands-on treatment time may be slightly shorter than the full appointment duration, but I always ensure you receive the full benefits of your session.

What do I need to prepare for my mobile massage?
✔ Have a quiet, comfortable space ready for your treatment.
✔ Allow enough space for me to set up my massage table & equipment.

✔ Please notify me if your space is only accessible by stairs as this may impact me being able to accommodate your mobile treatment.

✔ Complete the consultation form before my arrival to optimise treatment time.

 

What should I wear for my treatment?
✔ Wear light, comfortable clothing if your treatment includes body sculpting or lymphatic drainage. For these treatments, I provide disposable underwear to prevent oils from getting on your clothing. However, you are welcome to wear your own underwear if you prefer.

Will you bring everything needed for the treatment?
Yes! I provide a professional massage table, high-quality oils/creams, towels, and any equipment needed for your session. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your treatment! 

 

What happens after I book?
Once you've booked, I will contact you to confirm your appointment and arrange a deposit to secure your slot. You will also receive a consultation form, which must be completed before your appointment to ensure the best possible treatment experience.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This allows me to manage my schedule efficiently. The deposit amount and payment details will be provided once your appointment is confirmed. For bookings under £60 the deposit will be £10 and for anything over this £20. This will be deducted from the final balance on the day of your appointment.

What if I want to use a promotion or multi-booking package?
If you’ve seen a special promotion on my social media or wish to use a multi-booking package, please inform me when I contact you to confirm your appointment. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, so be sure to mention them at the time of booking!

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We totally understand—life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, as this helps protect our time and business.
