Refund Policy

At Peace and Daisies, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict refund policy as outlined below:

1. Single Treatments

No refunds will be issued for completed treatments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

2. Prepaid Packages & Courses

Prepaid treatment courses are non-refundable once the first session has been redeemed.
Packages must be used within 12 months from the purchase date.
If a medical condition arises that prevents you from completing your course, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced, but the full price will still apply.
No-show appointments are charged in full and cannot be refunded or rebooked.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases (e.g., serious medical conditions). Please contact me to discuss your situation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you on your wellness journey!
