Its the key to ensuring you are flushing everything out post treatment and supporting your lympthatic system correctly! Staying hydrated in the days prior and after your treatment are whats going to ensure you get the results you are hoping for. As someone who admittly struggles to keep on top of my daily water intake here are a few tips that help me stay more accountable to this 👇🏻

☕️ Start your day with a glass of water on an empty stomach (I trick myself that I am not allowed coffee until i’ve done this 😂)
🍋 Herbal teas or lemon/honey water - This is my go to for a afternoon or evening drink (my clients know that I rave about twinnings glow tea 😍)
🍊Adding squash to a large water bottle - if its going to help you drink more it counts!
🥤Always fill my big bottle up in the mornings and keep this on me as its a constant reminder to keep drinking more

I started this page after getting certified in Indian Head Massage, inspired by my own hair care journey. I discovered the benefits of scalp massage and have always loved the relaxing feeling of brushing hair, which I used to love doing on pamper nights in with mum & sister when I was little 🥰
